MX-1 tunnel egg washer
Description:
Washes the eggs in a 3D fashion thanks to the use of specially designed rotating brushes which clean all of the eggs’ surfaces. This allows for an exceptional level of cleanliness. After washing, eggs are dried with the use of fans which results in perfectly clean and dry eggs which can then be used for further processing.
UX-1 disinfector
Description:
Emits UV-C light with the cumulative power of 950 Watts, which acts on the eggshells and disinfects them by killing 100% of bacteria, including Salmonella. The UV-C machine is made entirely of stainless steel and materials intended for contact with food. The device is adapted for use with the MX-2 Tunnel Washer. A study has been conducted which showed 100% effectiveness in bacterial killing.
RX-1 egg breaker & separator
Description:
Uses a gravitational, self-pacing feeder with a system of specially designed rollers to transport the eggs into its breaking section. The machine breaks the eggshells with the use of specially designed knives, which imitate the work of human hands. Next, the eggs go through a quality control tray. Afterwards, they slide down a separator ramp where yolks are separated from whites. After work completion, the machine can be cleaned with a built-in CIP system. i.e.
